SPOGA - GAFA 2017

Apparently the IP address we have ( 68.178.232.100 ) was used by a spammer before we got it. I went onto SenderBase.org and CommTouch (SendMail) and got our reputation fixed there (now “No Thread” and “Good”), but still getting the error went sending. Where else do I need to go to get the sender score corrected? Here is the full error I get when sending to ANY recipient, even when replying to received email.

“An unknown error has occurred. Account: ‘pop.empireexcavatingllc.com’, Server: ‘smtp.empireexcavatingllc.com’, Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: ’554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA’s poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.’, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F”

Please help!
